Obituary of Zbigniew (Ben) Kosiba

Kosiba - Zbigniew (Ben) Surrounded by the love of his family, Ben passed away at the Douglas Memorial Hospital on Friday April 22nd, 2011 in his 65th year. Loving husband of Patricia. Cherished father of Cindy (Brian) Persin of Newton Falls, Ohio and Adam (Stacey) Kosiba of Nova Scotia. Proud grandfather of Ewa and Hunter Persin and Owen and Gwyneth Kosiba. Beloved son in law of Raymond and Dorothy Matwich. Sadly missed by his sister Ursula (Andy) Makula and his brother Richard Jakuszyk, his nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. Predeceased by his father Kazimierz Kosiba, his mother Eugenia Jakuszyk and step father Stanley Jakuszyk. In addition to his passion for the game of golf and being a member of the Golf Nut Society, Ben was an avid fan of NASCAR, the Ohio State Buckeyes, Green Bay Packers and the Toronto Maple Leafs. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Monday April 25th from 6-9. Funeral Services will be held in the Benner Funeral Chapel on Tuesday afternoon at 2 pm. If so desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
