Condolences Dianne and family
My good memories of Joe go back along way. I was just a kid not yet employed by Consumers Gas and met Joe through my Dad. Soon after I the privilege of getting to know Joe in a work environment. I looked up to Joe as a kind, smart, hard working gentleman. Later in life I seen Joe often on my way home from work waving from the golf course, I think we both looked for each other around 330pm.
