Elmer was sheer joy to be around. He always had something funny and interesting to say. He was entertaining and personable. Being in his company was always a good time.

Our deepest sympathy and love to Elmer’s family. We remember him as a transport driver for Wallace Transport in Port Colborne, as a person who attended Morgan’s Point United Church with his family and who led boys’ groups there when living in Wainfleet, and as always being a happy and friendly person. He will be missed by many.

When my son Kevin and Elmers sweet granddaughter Corey got together, Elmer welcomed us into his fold and we became family….always welcomed…always treated with warmth and kindness. To Lorraine and the entire Miskolczi family we offer our deepest condolences for your loss and our heartfelt thanks for sharing this wonderful man with so many. I have many great memories of Uncle Elmer back in the day he and aunt Lorraine were the first relatives that I introduced my new bride to when we came down here. On vacation, they lived in what he called the chicken coop At that time, LOL Nancy loved them both as do I and I pass on my condolences to the family.

My condolences to all of Elmer’s family. Though I hadn’t seen Elmer in several years his legacy from being a coach of the Wainfleet Peewees ( ORSA champions) stuck with me. What a great coach he was! I did see him off and on since then. It also was when I became friends with Terry, Tim and Ted. Again, great people, More of Elmer’s legacy. I regret we will be travelling on Thursday or I would be there to pay my respects in person.
