I had the pleasure of working with Dorothy at the Peace Bridge Long Room in "74 and remember her many kindnesses to me...I lived in the north end and didn't drive and Dorothy would kindly wait for me after work and give me a lift to the other end of town. And many years later still remember her thoughtfulness. Rest in Peace Dorothy.

Saddened to hear of the passing of my aunt Dorothy. As a child, around 12 years of age, growing up in Fort Erie she graciously hosted me to lunches when I had to attend manual arts classes at Rose Seaton School. I remember being served tapioca pudding in stemmed glassware. My father, David Stewart, Dorothy's brother in law, had passed away a few years before and I so appreciated her caring attitude. Those are the things in life a person never forgets.

I will never forget Dorothy Stewart Rehaume. She was my neighbour for years on Emerick Avenue and I worked with her on Customs. She was a wonderful lady. Rest in Peace Dorothy.

Great Aunt Dorothy was a beautiful sweet lady. I remember her always being at family reunions when we used to have them and her telling us stories. She was so cute. She had a long well lived life. She will be missed.
