I have fond memories of Joe from when I worked for the Town of Fort Erie's Road Department in the mid-1970's during my college years. Joe was always rough and ready with a good work ethic and plenty of tell-it-like-is/was stories. I'll always remember his gracious smile and the reminiscences when I'd see him during my walks in Ridgeway. Blessings and comfort to the family and his closest friends and associates.
