Obituary of Patricia OBrien

Pat passed surrounded by her family at the Welland General Hospital on August 22, 2019 at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Phillip. She will be sadly missed by children Leonard, Michael (Patti), Sandra (Bob) and Heather (Tim),. Her 10 grandchildren Jordan, Rebekah, Justin, Michael, Chris, Tyler, Anisha, Sarah, Tricia and Tim along with 7 great grandchildren. She is survived by siblings Harold Moore, Isobelle Bews and Betty McArthur and her cat Joey. Pat was an Auxiliary member of the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 71. She was a kind and loving person who put her family first, always enjoying spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sleepovers, playing for the day, playing dress-up, having pancakes they were as excited to see her and she was to see them. Pat was a child at heart especially with her grandkids who remember spending every Christmas together. Her super loud belly laugh was always on full display, maybe never more than when her siblings would travel across the country having the time of their lives. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 10 am until the time of services in the Chapel at 11 o'clock. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery. If so desired, donations to the Fort Erie Legion Poppy Fund would be appreciated by the family.
