Obituary of Al Carther

Carther: E.P. "Al" Al passed surrounded by loved ones at the Douglas Memorial Hospital on Sunday August, 26th at the age of 92. Reunited with his late wife Isabelle. Forever in the hearts of his son Tom Carther, daughter Laurie Carther, son-in-law Marc McNaughton and granddaughters Mia McNaughton and Sera Carther. Sadly missed by his sisters Doreen Nicklen, Cora Moffatt and Shirley Conner, as well as his many nieces, nephews and extended family. Predeceased by his grandson James Carther and his six siblings. Al was employed with Chicago Bridge and Iron / Horton CBI and Partec Lavalin. Benner Funeral Services 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. Funeral Services will be celebrated at St. Paul's Anglican Church (32 Idylewylde Street) on Thursday, August 30th at 2 o'clock. If so desired, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Douglas Memorial Hospital Auxiliary for the benefit of the Palliative Care Unit, or the Canadian Cancer Society specifically directed to Pancreatic Cancer at 1-888-939-3333 would be appreciated by the family.
