Obituary of Chuck Allen

Allen: Alvin Austin "Chuck" Chuck passed away peacefully at home surrounded by the love and presence of his family on Sunday March 12, 2017 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Dorothy (nee Backshall). Proud father of Annette (Ralph) Lutley, Charles (Madeleine Plouffe) Allen, Adrienne Allen, Arlene (Mike) Mileni and Christine (Ryan) Lavallee. He leaves wonderful memories with his 8 adoring grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Also survived by his brother Robert (Vi) Allen and his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by 6 siblings and his parents Alvin and Hilda. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Monday March 13th from 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral Services in the Chapel on Tuesday morning at 11 am. Cremation to follow. If so desired, donations to the Kidney Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
