Obituary of Wasi Naz

Wasi passed away suddenly in Cambridge Massachusetts on January 15th, 2015 at the age of 75. Loving husband of Aurora. Proud father of Waseem. Wasi is survived by his brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins in Pakistan and the United Kingdom and extended family in the Philippines, USA and Canada. Wasi was employed for over 35 years with Patheon (Custom Pharmaceuticals). An active and proud member of the Town of Fort Erie Wasi was involved with the Fort Erie Soccer Club, the Canadian Blood Services, Library Board, Multicultural Centre, the Hotel Dieu Hospital Board as well as many others. He served as the President of the Islamic Society of Niagara Pennisula and enjoyed sharing his enjoyment of Ham Radio Operations. Burial has taken place. The family invite you to share in a Memorial Service for Wasi on Saturday January 31st, 2015 at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church (310 Central Ave) at 11 am. If so desired, donations to the Islamic Society of Niagara Pennisula or the Building Fund of St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church would be appreciated by the family
