Obituary of Butch Down

DOWN, Charles Ralph (Butch) Passed away on September 8th, 2014 at the Douglas Memorial Hospital at the age of 70. Survived by his sister Carlene (Jim) and his nephew Hugh. He will be sadly missed by his many friends. Predeceased by his parents Ralph and Norma. Butch was a great sports enthusiast and an excellent athlete. Arrangements entrusted to Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie. Cremation has taken place. A service to celebrate Butch's life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday September 12th at 1 o'clock followed by a luncheon. Butch will be interred at a later date in McAfee Cemetery with his parents. In lieu of flowers, for those who wish, memorial donations may be made to Jumpstart or the charity of your choice.
