Obituary of Ernest Morris

Morris : Ernest Ray Sr. Ernie passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at the Crescent Park Lodge on Thursday August 8th in his 85th year. Beloved husband of over 66 years to JoAnn. Proud father of Ernie (Sue) Jr., Linda (Pat) Docherty, Judy (Ed) Aubrey, Debi (the late Michael) Brown and the late Cathy (the late Gabe) Deak. Proud grandfather of 11, great grandfather of 16 and great great grandfather of 2. Also survived by his brother Sydney, sisters Evelyn Johnston and Penny Morris, extended family and many many friends. Predeceased by his brother Kenny Ernie worked as a milkman for Fort Erie Dairy and later was employed with Gould Battery where he respected all those he worked alongside. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave. Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. Family and friends are invited on Tuesday August 13th from 10 am until the time of a service to celebrate his life in the chapel at 11 o’clock.
