My deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Paul Fell. He was a great teacher who's words and perspectives have stayed with me throughout the years. We were so lucky to have known him. It is with sadness that I send concolences to the family of Paul. I was a teacher at Westlane SS while Paul was principal there. I enjoyed working with him. His care and concern for students and teachers was obvious. He inspired everyone to do their best. Students and staff loved him for his vibrant presence in the hallways where you could approach him with any concern. His door was always open to staff and students alike. I could not believe my eyes when I read the obituary--surely this was another Paul Fell. I pray that comfort for your loss will come with time and all the good words that will be said about him in the days to come. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I consistantly share storeys of how you took chances on us kids and never gave up on us ( especially me) fair but firm. You saved my butt more then once and believed in me ( which gave me strength to believe in myself), you inspired me to fight for what I wanted and to do good in this world ( your always my best example of logical consquencing). I recal meeting Paul when I was a reporter and he was leaving his post at Fort Erie Secondary School. He had such hopes for the years ahead and, indeed, served this community well in the years from his retirement until his far-too-early passing. Although I had not seen him in quite some time, I often thought of the quiet, sage wisdom he brought to municipal council and of his commitment to this community. I hope that all who are most profoundly affected by his loss take comfort in knowing how well-regarded he was within the profession and the community that he loved.

Our deepest sympathy on the loss of your beloved husband, father and Poppy.
We can only hope that the outpouring of love so many of us had for Mr. Fell, will hold you strong during the days ahead.
He was a remarkable man. A gentle giant. A friend, coach and mentor to his students, colleagues, and the town of Fort Erie.
RIP Mr. Fell.

As an educator with Paul, I was privileged to work with and get mentored by Paul on several occasions in our years with DSBN - not to mention his savvy golf advice. A huge disappointment to hear about the loss of a life much too young! My thoughts are with Paul's wonderful family. You'll clearly be missed in many facets of our communities.

He knew everyones name, was the kindest most professional and caring person for the school and the students. He was a great man and I am honoured that I had him as my principle. He will be sorley missed. Thank you Mr. Fell for being who you were and instilling the way you were as a man and principle in all of the students lives you touched.

Paul was a natural leader who lead the Principal's group(nsspc)for years. I admired him especially for his courage of convictions and willingness to help others.
