Obituary of Peter Zdrojewski

Zdrojewski: Peter A. Peter passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday January 10th, 2012 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital in his 76th year. Loving husband of Anita (nee Lane Van Rooy). Proud father of Karen (Jerry) Christie, Carole (Mike) Kieffer and Mike Van Rooy. Cherished grandfather of Jennifer, Eric (Dianne), Brandon, Corey sadly missed opa of Oriana, Peyton Mae and Ella, and beloved Great Grandfather of Joseph and Elizabeth. Predeceased by his daughter Rita, his son Michael and his sister Hannah Dobberstein. Peter was a devoted family man. He retired from Fleet as an aircraft assembly fitter and spent time enjoying the water, fishing and boating. An active member of the Fort Erie Gun Club and the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Monday from 11 am until the time of service in the chapel at noon. Interment of his cremated remains will follow in McAffee Cemetery.
