Obituary of Kay Greenside

Greenside: Kathleen Isabel "Kay” Kay passed away peacefully with her family at her side at Gilmore Lodge on November 22nd, 2011 in her 89th year. Wife of the late P. "Gerry” Mullan, the late William Greenside and the late Frank Anderson Loving mother of Susan (Paul) Putney of Fort Erie Beloved mother in law of Ross Butchart of Cobourg Cherished grandmother of Tammy Lynn (Costin Ciuclaru) Butchart, Greg (Hajnal) Putney, Jeff (Francine Scala) Butchart, Brian Putney and David (Sarah) Putney. Proud great grandmother of 8. Sadly missed by her sisters in law Margaret St. John and Olga Anderson. Predeceased by her daughter Judy Butchart her brother Harold St. John and her sister Alma Metheral. Many will remember her as "Kay from Glenny’s” from her longtime employment with Glenny’s Travel. An active member of Central Ave. United Church and the U.C. W. A proud member of the Ridgeway Lioness Club for many years. In her spare time Kay sold Weekender’s Clothing and Mary Kay Cosmetics. Benner Funeral Services 1105 Benner Ave. Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. A service to celebrate Kay’s Life will take place in the Benner Funeral Chapel on Friday November 25th at 12 noon.
