Baker : LeRoy Daniel It is with deep love and sorrow that we announce the passing of LeRoy Baker on Monday July 26th, 2010 at the age of 83 after a courageous battle with illness. Beloved husband of Elizabeth (nee Engelhart). Wonderful dad of David (Sharon), Jeffrey (Patricia) and Jeannine (Steve) O’Brien. Loving Papa of Taylor, Meghan, Anita (Jeff) Ackerman, Daniel, Kevin & Jessica. Great Grandfather to Kyle, Jacob & Logan. Predeceased by his parents Warren "Corky” & Marion (Pickard) Baker. LeRoy’s many warm and friendly gestures throughout the town will be sadly missed. Benner Funeral Services 1105 Benner Ave Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Friday from 3-5 & 7-9 pm. Private family interment services will be followed by a Service to celebrate LeRoy’s life at St Andrew’s -Knox Presbyterian Church (Central & Highland Ave) Fort Erie on Saturday July 31st, at 11am. Donations to the Hotel Dieu Dialysis Unit or the St. Andrew’s Knox Presbyterian Church would be appreciated by the family.
