Obituary of Ted McIntosh

McIntosh: Ted Passed away at his home on Wednesday July 14th after a short battle with cancer. Ted was a kind gentle and thoughtful person who enjoyed life with his family and friends. For 25 years he ran a pick your own strawberry operation on Michener Rd. and in Sherkston. He died as he lived his life with dignity. He will be greatly missed by his wife Carol, Daughter Jeanne (Adrian) Minor and Heather (Gary) Pooler and six grand children, Jessica, Hailey, Nolan, Liam, Alex and Ethan. He is survived by two sisters Pat Allison of British Columbia and Pam Grossenbacher of Switzerland. Bill, his 91 year old Father is still alive, living in British Columbia, his mother Marjorie has predeceased him. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. In keeping with Ted’s wishes, cremation will take place. A private gathering of family and friends will be held at a later date. If so desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. Death is not the end, it is simply walking out of the physical form and into the spirit realm, which is our true home. It’s going back home. -Stephen Christopher -
