Obituary of James McGuinness

Jim passed away peacefully with family by his side on March 20, 2019 at the Hamilton General Hospital. Born in England in 1944 to the late Lawrence and Anne McGuinness. Loving husband to Margaret (nee Madden). Beloved father of Paul (Darren) and David (Jen). Cherished grandfather to Liam and Hayley. He will be greatly missed by his siblings; Doreen, Susan, and John; and many nieces and nephews. James was predeceased by his 2 brothers David and Lawrence and his sister Rosemary. BENNER FUNERAL SERVICES (1105 Benner Ave, Fort Erie) has been entrusted with arrangements. Visitation will be held Monday, April 1, 2019 from 5 - 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Michaels Roman Catholic Church (310 Central Ave, Fort Erie) on Tuesday, April 2 at 11 o'clock. If desired, memorial donations may be to St. Michael's Church or the Fort Erie SPCA.
