Obituary of Adele Julia Cuthbertson

Adele Julia Ethel Orlick born in Joliette Quebec July 31, 1944, lost her sudden and brief battle with cancer on January 8, 2017. Predeceased by her parents Luis and Helen Orlick. Survived by her husband of 50 years Derek. Remembered by her children Jillian and Lorne, daughter in law Laura, her grandchildren Jordan, Tanner, Nathen, Noah and Trinity. Also survived by her sister Helen and her nieces and nephew and their families. Thank you to the Doctors (especially Dr. Che) and Nurses who cared for her. A long-time member of St. Michael's Church in Fort Erie our appreciation to Father Patrick and all friends and families for your prayers . Her hobbies included sewing, knitting, gardening, birdwatching and of course fishing with Derek. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother who was the official family birthday cake maker, and kept the books for the family businesses. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Thursday from noon until the time of services in the chapel at 1 pm.
