Obituary of Marianne Theresa Daley

DALEY, Marianne Theresa (nee Faggione) : November 6, 1958 - September 28, 2017. it is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Marianne, after a very difficult struggle with cancer, with her friends and family by her side. She will be greatly missed by Ben O'Connor, the love of her life. She is survived by her daughter Jackie, grandchildren Nicholas Smith and Jade Van-Natter, son Michael (Peggy) Gracie, Landon and Camron and step children Tim (Nina), Michael (Kerri) and Brandon (Chantel) O'Connor. Also sadly missed by her step family Diane Nowicki (Tom), Shawn, Butch and Chris McCooey. Predeceased by her mother Edna, father Joe, brother Joey and sister Cindy McCooey. Marianne worked at Nigh's Sweet Shop and will be sadly missed by her Nigh's Sweet Shop family. A very special thanks to her best friend Lisa Horvath, the three Muskateers Debbi Carver, Rebecca Nigh and Ben, Dr. Scher and all the remarkable staff at Douglas Memorial Hospital Palliative Care where she was their special guest for almost eight months and made many new friends. In lieu of flowers which she loved, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Fort Erie SPCA. BENNER FUNERAL SERVICES, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of her life will take place at Bridgewater Country Club on Saturday, October 14th at 3 p.m.
