Obituary of Marilyn Lee Rennie

RENNIE, Marilyn Lee Rennie (nee Spear) passed away peacefully at the Douglas Memorial Hospital on Friday, August 4, 2017 in her 82nd year. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many. Marilyn is survived by her husband John of 56 years, daughter Laurie and her husband Murray Aitken, grandchildren Taylor (Anthony) and Jordan, brother David Spear and his wife Elsie, nieces Ellen Whittingham (Dean) and Heather Chambers, nephew David Spear and several great nieces and great nephews. Marilyn graduated as a Registered Nurse in 1956 from Millard Hospital and retired from there in 1995 as Charge Nurse in Surgery. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave, Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. Cremation has taken place, a graveside service will be held at a later date. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
