MAULUCCI, ANTONIO February 27, 1926- January 21, 2011 Antonio Maulucci passed away January 21, 2011. Beloved husband of Cecilia, his loving wife of 59 years. Cherished Papa to his children and their spouses Joe and Nora Maulucci, Gilorma and Brian Joel, Lorenzo and Carolyn Maulucci, and Gemma and Neil Gunn Loving Grandpa to Tina, Lisa and Brett, Tony and Breanne, Joseph, Lawrence, Vincenzo, Adria, Ashley, Anna and John, Donny, Alex and Christina. Proud Great Grandpa to Karisa, Cruise, Isaiah, Callum, Jacob, Avery, Anthony and Elise. Much loved Brother of Filomena Botticella, Lena Difrancesco, Maria Giuliani and the late Carmela and Vincenzo Maulucci Sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews and cousins in Canada, the U.S. and in Italy Predeceased by his parents Giuseppe and Giroloma Maulucci. Born in Accadia, Italy he immigrated to Canada in 1966, dedicating his life to building a future for his family and instilling in his children the value of generosity, hard work, and love of family. He was a well-respected and successful leather craftsman and an executive member of the Accadia Social Club of Fort Erie. Tony’s enthusiasm for life was evident in his openness and the hospitality he showed to family and friends alike, sharing home-cooked meals with all. He loved to travel and died while on his annual vacation in Acapulco. BENNER FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1105 Benner Avenue, Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Thursday January 27, from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM A Funeral Mass will be offered at St Michael’s Roman Catholic Church, 310 Central Avenue Fort Erie on Friday, January 28, 2011 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. If so desired, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or C.O.P.E. would be appreciated by the family.
