Obituary of Jordan David Charles Devereux

Devereux, Jordan Daniel Charles. It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Jordan, in a car accident on Thursday May 4, 2017 at the tender age of 23. He was the cherished son of Danny and Paula (nee Canham). He was a loving brother to Jesse, Jonah and Molly. He is predeceased by grandparents Howard and Mary (nee Deline) Canham. He was dearly loved by grandparents Danny and Pat (nee Plato) Devereux. He was also a treasured nephew of Tim and Tina Kaleniuk, Dean and Lori Warkentin, and Jay and Tricia VanNatter. He will also be especially fondly remembered by his special love Katie Sauder, his fishing buddy, cousin and best friend Zac VanNatter along with many other cousins. He will also be missed by his many friends at Black Creek Metals where he excelled as a welder. Jordan was an amazing guy who loved fishing, fixing up cars, and playing hockey. He enjoyed being surrounded by friends and family and was always good for a witty one liner to make everyone laugh. The family will receive friends at the Benner Funeral Home in Fort Erie on Monday May 8th from 1 - 4pm in the afternoon and from 7 - 9pm in the evening. Services will be held in the Chapel on site on Tuesday May 9th at 11 o'clock. If desired, donations can be made to the Alivia's Rainbows or Team Kelsey charities in honour of Jordan.
