Obituary of Sandra Simone Harkins

Sandra passed away at the Greater Niagara General Hospital surrounded by family on Thursday April 5th at the age of 70. Loving wife of Dave. Proud mother of Tracy (Mark) Wascher and Ryan (Kerrie) Harkins. Grandma Mimi will forever be in the hearts of Thomas, Charlie, McKenzie and Alex. Sadly missed by siblings Eddy Deschamps (Sigrid), Brenda Butchart (David), Patrick Deschamps (MaryLou) and Andre Deschamps (Judie), many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She adored and was loved by her canine companions Hogan, Louie and Roxy who will miss her special dinners. A heartfelt thank you is extended to our P.S.W. friends who loved and cared for Mom. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Saturday April 7th from 7-9 pm and on Sunday April 8th from 1-3 pm. Dress Casually, Hawaiian shirts encouraged. Cremation will take place with graveside prayers to be held at a later date. If donating in Sandra's memory, the family would ask that you consider ALS.
