Obituary of Margaret Winnifred Hartman

Margaret HARTMAN (nee Parson) Margaret passed away on May 14th, 2016 at the Douglas Memorial Hospital at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late James Arthur. Dear mother of William "Bill" Hartman (Diane) of Stevensville, Debi Lucas (Paul) and Bev Blair (Dan) all of Fort Erie. Beloved grandmother of Jillian (Jamie), Scott (Michelle), Kati (Greg), Dayna (Will) and Bryan (Jackie). Great-grandmother of 11. Also survived by her brother Howard Parson, many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her grandson Kevin Hartman, great grandson Titus Grelowski and her brother Murray. Margaret was a dedicated wife, mother grandmother and great grandmother who placed her family above all. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner St., Fort Erie, has been entrusted with funeral arrangement. Cremation has taken place. A family service with close friends will be held on Wednesday May 18th at 11 am at St. Johns Stevensville United Church, 14789 Sodom Rd. Stevensville, ON. Entombment of the ashes will follow at McAffee Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy donations to the One Foundation to benefit the Fort Erie Palliative Care or to the Canadian Cancer Research Institute would be appreciated by the family.
