Obituary of Frank Worthington Packer

Frank passed away at the Residence on Garrison on November 1st, 2017 at the age of 97. Loving husband of 70 years of Elizabeth (nee Upper). Proud father of Bill (Ginette) and Robert (Karen) and cherished grandfather of Greg and Kevin. Frank served in the American Army for 3 years during WW2 and did not shy away from new challenges - having worked as a draftsman, electrician and engineer. Frank is predeceased by his siblings, and will be missed by his extended family. Benner Funeral Services entrusted with private family arrangements.
