Obituary of Viola Esther Carter

CARTER, Viola - passed away peacefully at Maple Park Lodge on Friday, April 28, 2017 in her 93rd year. Predeceased by her husband Archie Carter (1983) and daughter Norma Mederios (2006). Loving mother of Virginia DeFrias (late Joe). She will be lovingly remembered by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. BENNER FUNERAL SERVICES, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. A service to celebrate Viola's life will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, May 2nd at 11:00 o'clock with visitation beginning at 10:00 o'clock and interment to follow in Greenwood Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
