Our condolences go out to Deborah and family. I (John ) worked with Don at the Police Service in the late 70's and early 80's and witnessed Don and Deborah's wedding.
Don and I shared many a story and laughs. The only bad thing I can say is - Never stand beside Don at an "inspection" because you would look poor in comparison.
You will be missed.

My condolences to Deborah and family as we celebrate Don's life and raise God for the great gift that he was to us. Don and Deborah impacted my life in the Alpha program at the New Sudbury Pentecostal Church. In 2002 I went through a physical crisis; yes Don was there with his caring smile, reassuring me of God's love. Thank you for being my friend in Jesus.

Iam saddened by the news of Don's passing. After retirement, it would have been nice to keep contact but such was not to be. Don was a fine emmisary of the Sudbury Regional Police. He prided himself on his professionalism. And he was a professional. I rember Don was a caring and compassionate person. We will be thinking and praying for the family.

I was saddened to hear of Don's passing today. I worked with Don at Sudbury Police Force and knew him prior to that due to mutual accquaintances. I always found Don to be a kind and humerous person. I was please to call him more than a co worker but a friend. My condolences to the entire family.

We were shocked and saddened to hear about Don's passing. Many good childhood memories of time spent with the Nicholson clan both here in Muskoka and at their home in Sudbury. Don was an usher at our wedding 44 yrs. ago. Our deepest sympathy to the entire family.
