Obituary of Kathleen Duffield

Duffield: Kathleen Kathleen passed away at the Douglas Memorial Hospital on Friday March 25th 2016. She will be sadly missed by her dear friend Larry Carroll. Mother of Melvi (Mike) Pinto, Gina (Glen) Beck, Fiona (Glenn) Klassen and Lee Duffield. Also survived by 3 grandchildren, Robin, Dylan and Matthew. She will be fondly remembered by the members of the Carroll family including Larry Jr., John, Jean Langlois, Roseanne Tries, Marcella Hennessy, the late Lenora Huard and their families. Predeceased by her grandson Ryan. Kathleen worked alongside Larry and was well known by their many friends and patrons at Carroll's Bowling Lanes in Fort Erie. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave. Fort Erie, entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6-9 pm. A service to celebrate Kathleen's life will take place on Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock. If so desired, donations to the Walker Cancer Clinic through the OneFoundation would be appreciated. The family extend their appreciation to Dr. Che and the staff of the Douglas Memorial Hospital Palliative Care for the dignity and compassion shown during Kathleen's illness.
