Obituary of Helen Eileen Ritenburg

RITENBURG, Helen Eileen (nee Jansen) age 87, went to be with her Lord on November 8, 2015. Loving mother of Joan and (Eduard) Heger, Brian (Diana), Barry (Joyce). Cherished grandmother of Sarah (Jason), Edward (Jelena), Jeremy (Rebecca), Patty (Dave), Mary (Dave), Steven (Laura) and Eileen and 7 great grandchildren. Predeceased by parents Alva and Ruby, husband Howard Leslie (1990), grandson Jason (2010), siblings Harry, Grace (Nigh), Ronald and all her in-laws. Many thanks for the expressions of support, prayers and the care given by doctors, nurses and staff at the SCGH and Tabor Manor. Benner Funeral Services 1105 Benner Ave., entrusted with arrangements. Family will receive friends on Wednesday November 11th, 2015 from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. A private family burial will take place on Thursday morning. A funeral service in celebration of Helen's life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday morning at 11 o'clock with a reception to follow.
