Obituary of Jean Cardilli

Cardilli: Jean Marie (nee McNeil)

Jean passed away at home surrounded by love and the presence of her family on November 26, 2024 at
the age of 75. Loving wife of Luigi. Proud mother of Joanna (Anthony Sustic) and Angela Pijl (Bradley
Stringer). Devoted Gramma to Evangeline, Cameron and Eden who were showered with love, affection
and generosity. She will be sadly missed by her siblings Rob (Deb), Patricia Thomas (Jack), Gord (Lynn),
Donna Stevens (the late Wally), George (Kimberly) and Julie (Rob) as well as many nieces and nephews.
Fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law Vincenzina (Alfredo), the late Teresa (Giovanni) and
brother-in-law Biagio (Paola) from Italy. Predeceased by her parents Ada and Barney and brother Bryan.
Special mention to her cousin Carol who was more like a sister and to her close friend Gail who loved and
supported her unconditionally.

Jean was an avid shopper and loved to spoil her grandchildren. She spent many years as a volunteer with
The Canadian Sportsman's Club as well as The Uncle Sam’s Sponsor Association and was passionate
about her roll as Charity Coordinator. She loved travelling to Italy and indulging on homemade pizza and
pasta.

Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will take place on Saturday, December 7th at 11 a.m..                                               

Followed by a luncheon provided by Maria’s Catering at The Canadian Sportsman’s Club, 1436 Bertie St, Fort Erie.
