Years ago, I was in Mrs. Woehl's grade 2 class in room 6 at Rose Seaton School. She was a warm-hearted and committed teacher. Many years later, she sent me the most delicious home-made butter tarts during a difficult time for my family and me. I will never forget Mrs. Woehl for that lovely act of kindness. Sincere condolences to the family.

So sorry for your loss. Janice was my 4th grade teacher and certainly one of the best! She always checked up on me through the years. She was so thoughtful. She kept a note that I had written her in 1980 and found a way to return it to me over 30 years later. She will be missed.

To the kindest most thoughtful soft spoken person on earth. You always made things special during gatherings and celebrations, with meal preparations and pastries beyond compare. A lifetime of work and dedication to your family, an amazing example to follow. The pain is great for all who knew you. What a truly special person that will remain in our minds for the rest of our days. With love and respect Denis johnsen.

“Mrs. Woehl” was a difference-maker in my life. My beloved Grade 2 teacher in 1964, I will always love Grade 2. I saw her 50 years later at a reunion; she remembered my name and my birthday!! How many students loved and admired Mrs. Woehl?? I know a bunch. Go with God, sweet lady
