Obituary of Marion Cline

On January 31, 2024, Marion Cline, loving mother, grand-mother, and great-grandmother passed away peacefully at Maple Park Lodge in Fort Erie.

Marion was born to Gladys and Lloyd Noxel in Port Colborne on May 2, 1928. Predeceased by her devoted husband Clarence, cherished infant son Philip, sister Eleanor Wright and brother Ray Noxel.

Marion was a loving mother to Barbara (Michael), devoted Nana to Peter (Elizabeth) and doting great-grand-mother to Zoé.

Marion grew up in Stevensville where she met and married the love of her life Clarence. Together, they established Cline Ornamental Iron Works with Marion running the showroom and Clarence crafting in the back. Marion channeled her creativity into sewing and quilting, generously sharing her award-winning skills and knowledge with students and fellow quilters alike.
