I know this is late but I only learned of this now. Sean was my doctor in Virden, Manitoba. He and Monica, were good friends to myself and my wife, Bonnie. Unfortunately we lost track of them. Bonnie and I offer our sincerest condolences to Monica and all family members.

So sad to see this. Dr. Byrne was my first family doctor in FE when I was a young girl. Was sad to have lost him as a physician but kept in touch for many years. I will always remember you Dr. as a kind loving and compassionate man xo

I just found out about Sean's passing! Dr. Byrne was one of my most favourite colleagues that I have worked with over the years (in Etobicoke). He had a wealth of knowledge as well as great wit and humour. I often went to him for advice with my patients, or to share a joke over coffee. He was always very generous with his time and was liked by everyone who met him. My deepest condolences to his wife Monica and his extended family.
