James Douglas Cooke
On the morning of July 1st, 2023 Jim Cooke passed away at Niagara Falls Hospital at 82 years of age. Survived by his wife Carol, his brother Tom (Kathy), daughter Lorna (Peter), and his son Lonny (Corrie). His feisty memory will live on with his grandchildren Anna, Brandon, Brittany and Sean (Victoria), his nieces Tammy and Stacey and nephew Sean. While he will be dearly missed by his many friends, including Linda Cooke, he is missed most by his husky and best friend Mika.

Predeceased by his grandchildren Melissa and James, his sister Nan, as well as many friends. 

He was affectionately known as Bunka by those who loved him most.  Bunka loved nothing more than nature in the great outdoors, hunting and all of his pets. He lived life on his own terms until the very end.  We love you and miss you now and always. Until we meet again. Honouring his wishes, cremation services have been entrusted to Benner Funeral Services, Fort Erie.
