Obituary of Gilles Roger Larocque

Larocque, Gilles Roger

January 11, 1947 – June 13, 2023

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Gilles Larocque on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at the age of 76. 

He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Nicole (Scott) and son Gilles.

Papaire to Justine, James, Johnny, Josh, Roderick & Avaiya. He is survived by his siblings Angelo, Jean, Paul & Francoise. He was a proud stepfather to Judy (Jim), Eric, Johnny (Katie) as well as numerous step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Gilles was predeceased by his wife Mary and his stepdaughter Brenda. Gilles was also predeceased by his brothers Jacques, Marcel, Roma, and sister Janine.

Thank you to Dr. K. Scher and the many members of the health care team especially the P.S.W.s who provided dignified and professional care to Gilles.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday June 16, 2023 from 12-1 p.m. followed by a service in the funeral home chapel at 1 p.m. Interment to follow in McAffee Cemetery, Fort Erie.
