Passed away on November 29, 2022 at Douglas Memorial Hospital at the age of 63. Loving father to Jacob Wheeler, Andrew Wheeler, Tyler Wheeler and Eva-Anne Wheeler. Survived by his mother Linda Brown, sisters Sherry, Christine, Laura and Roberta and his brothers Perry and Robert. Stephen really enjoyed making people laugh, fishing, sports and playing the drums. He was very active in spirituality, he found in his younger years that he loved to find the best in everyone he met on his journey Home. A private memorial service has taken place.
