Ewing, Josephine Mary “Josie”
Josephine passed away peacefully at the Douglas Memorial Hospital on September 26th, with her family by her side.
Josephine was predeceased by husbands, Ernie Blanchard and Keith Ewing her parents Mossimino & Philomena Maddalena, brother and sister in law Frank (Olive) Maddalena, sister and brother in law Mary (George) Haygood.
She is survived by her loving children and grandchildren. Her daughter Phyllis (Dave) Weaver, Damien Weaver (Kyeongae), Ryan Weaver (Victoria), Nicole Keller, her son Ernie (Laura) Blanchard and Kristofer (Jenn) and Jaclyn (Shawn) Blanchard.
She is forever remembered by great grandchildren: E’Shin, Hyeon Weaver, Julian, Christian Weaver, Holden, Mila Keller, Keaton, Brayden, Corbin Blanchard Mason and Maxwell Blanchard.
The family is grateful for the compassionate and professional care Josie received from Dr. Scher and the staff at Garrison Place and Douglas Memorial Hospital.
Private family services have been entrusted to Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie.
