We already felt we knew Barb before we ever met her. Our friends, Erika and Bob had told us what a wonderful person she was and we were surprised and pleased when we found out that we were going to be neighbours when we purchased our home right next door to her in Chippawa. She was a friendly, kind person and we will miss her. Glenn and Norene

We first met Barb and her husband Joe when they moved to Penetanguishene. Her sister Sandy and husband Jim had moved earlier to nearby Tiny Township where we lived. We became good friends along with several other couples in the area. We all had so much fun with our many get-togethers throughout the years. This continued when some of us moved to the Niagara Region. We will always appreciate how kind Barb and Joe were to take into their home and look after our (recently rescued) cat for 6 ½ weeks while we were away that first winter. We will miss Barb’s lovely smile and generous nature. Our sincere condolences to Barb’s family. With love, Erika & Bob Buchkowsky

We are so sorry for your loss. We first met Barb and Joe in the late 1990's through her sister Sandy. Eventually, 5 couples formed a lasting friendship and together enjoyed many delicious dinners, parties, birthdays, and group festivities, over the many years we all lived by the Beach. We will always treasure our fond memories of Barb. Jane and Bob
