Hey dad, it’s just me, Lala.
I can’t help but want to hear your voice. My early morning phone calls would always wake you up but you would answer anyways. You would drink your double double while telling me stories about the past or of when you were with Randy and Barb. They helped you through and for that I am forever grateful.
Everyday, I wake up and wish that you could have made your way to visit Fort McMurray like we talked about. To see me, Rob, and your little “Booboo JooJoo” Maria. Rob can’t wait to come have a beer with you. I often regret moving so far away from you, but you made it easier encouraging me to live and explore. You were always there for me; calling me after every appointment to check in. You never missed a beat dad. Never. Always remembering Maria’s first day of school and making sure to call us.
I’ll never forget our days spent feeding the birds and cruising down the parkway. I wish we could chat one last time and shoot the breeze like we used to.
The smile you took everywhere you went, sparked joy deep in my heart and I am so appreciative of all the times you went out of your way to look out for me.You were my best friend and I wish I could hear your voice; just one last time.
Years may come and go, but your memory will never be erased. I know, in my heart; you’re in a better place.

Jesse and Laura ,Uncle Frank and I send our love in the loss of your Dad. He can fly free as the wind now with no more health issues and pain. I will always remember what a great guy he was and how good he was to his nieces and nephew. Rest in peace George.
