Obituary of Marjorie Amelia Gagnon

July 12, 1940 - September 12, 2019 Marge passed away peacefully and surrounded by love at Maple Park Lodge on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at the age of 79. Cherished mother of Gary (Dale) Athoe, Greg (Barb) Athoe, Barb (Carmen) Grisafi and Jeff (Trisha) Athoe. Proud and loving grandmother to Jennifer and Adam Athoe, Paul Athoe, Jason and Tanya Holt, Jordan Yandeau, C.J. and Jonathan Grisafi, Kenley and Boston Athoe and great grandmother to Landen Carroll and Ava Athoe. She will be sadly missed by her brother Robert Everts and sisters Helen (Roger) Pailing and Bonnie (Bart) Purpura, as well as her nieces and nephews and their families. Pre deceased by her husband Clem Gagnon and her sister in law Linda Everts. The family wishes to thank Dr. Spencer and the staff at Maple Park Lodge for their excellent care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm at Benner Funeral Home, 1105 Benner Ave. Fort Erie. A Funeral Service will follow at 1:30 pm in the Benner Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Snyder ON. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Maple Park Lodge Resident Council in Marge's Memory.
