Obituary of Laurie Trombley Riordan

TROMBLEY-RIORDAN, Laurie Anne - It is with great sadness that the family of Laurie Ann announce her passing. She passed away peacefully with her husband and family members at her side at Douglas Memorial Hospital on Saturday, March 26th, 2016 at the age of 57. Beloved wife of Brian for 34 years. Loving daughter of Geraldine and the late Gerald. Cherished sister of Sharon (Larry) Travers, Greg (Ellen) Ken (Wendy), Jim, Kevin (Monica) and Tim (Rosa).Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Many thanks to the exceptional Dr. Scher and the kind and compassionate nurses and staff. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie. The family will receive friends on Tuesday March 29th , from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Vigil prayers will be offered in the funeral home on Tuesday at 8:30 p.m.Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, March 30th , at 11 o'clock. Interment to follow at McAffee Cemetery. The family would appreciate donations towards a memorial bench at Waverly Beach in memory of Laurie.
