Obituary of Jose Defrias

Defrias, Jose Jose passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at the Douglas Memorial Hospital on Wednesday October 19th 2016 at the age of 83. Loving husband of Virginia (nee Carter). Proud father of Ledwina Jones (the late Steve), Victor (Wendy), David and the late Jose Jr. . He will be sadly missed by 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren his siblings, their families and his many friends. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Saturday October 22nd from 5 pm until the time of service in the Chapel at 7 pm. Cremation will follow. If so desired, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
