Obituary of Rhoda Totton

TOTTON, Rhoda (nee Vance) - Passed away peacefully at the Douglas Memorial Hospital in Fort Erie, Ontario on Tuesday August 23, 2016 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of William John 'Jack' for 64 years. Loving Mom of Gale (Michael) Rempel, Dawn (Joe) Garvey and Lynnie Totton (MJ Laflair). Cherished Granny of Kelly, Korry, Adam and the late Kaitlyn. Dear sister of Maureen Blackburn (the late Teddy), Mervyn Vance (the late Jean), the late Tom Vance (Yvonne) and sister-in-law of Reginald Totton and Anne Hood (Billy). Survived by many nieces and nephews. Benner Funeral Services 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie, have been entrusted with arrangements. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday August 26th from 5-8 p.m. A service to celebrate Rhoda's life will be held at St. Paul's Anglican Church, 32 Idylewylde St., Fort Erie on Saturday August 27th at 11 o'clock. Entombment will follow in the church cemetery. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or the Gilmore Lodge Adult Day Program.
