Obituary of Debra Ann Wujek

 

Born: June 20,1959 Buffalo NY

Death: Nov. 14, 2025, Port Colborne

 

 

After a short battle with Pancreatic Cancer, Debbie passed away peacefully at Port Colborne Hospital after suffering a stroke.

She was a cherished mother of Des(Ryan) and a loving mother in law to Brittany. 

She adored her role as Grandma to JoJo, who will miss her so very much.

Debbie is survived by her sister Lori and predeceased by her parents Dick and Millie Wujek.

She was also a devoted friend to her best friends Mandy and Linda. 

 

Debbie spent most of her years in Fort Erie and was an avid member of her Co-op and loved gardening and helping to take care of the grounds.

She was super crafty and could make anything look beautiful. From Spring till Fall she was a devoted Blue Jays fan who always believed in them and never missed a game.

She loved the beach and going to "her spot" along Lake Erie. In her younger years she would run craft shows and loved her Legion weekends. She will be missed by many. 

 

A special thanks to Dr. Scher and the Complex Care Team at Port Colborne hospital for taking such good care of her and her family during this time.

A celebration of life will be held Dec 6th, 2025 from 2pm-5pm at the Black Creek Community Center (2959 Baker Rd, Stevensville,) - if you have Blue Jays gear, please come in that!
