In Loving Memory of Chris Bukator

It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Chris Bukator on September 26th, 2025. Chris was the cherished father of Michelle and cherished father in law of Adam (Holmes). He is survived by his devoted brother Vaughn, and was predeceased by his parents Angelina Perlina Contini and Peter Bukator, as well as his dear sister Carol Ann Jodoin.

Chris spent many years working at Fleet Manufacturing in Fort Erie, where he built lasting friendships and a strong work ethic.

Outside of work, he was a talented amateur artist, a passionate golfer, and a lifelong hockey player who played in numerous leagues over the years. A devoted fan of the Montreal Canadiens, Chris rarely missed a game.

Most recently, Chris made Gilmore Lodge his home, where he found peace, friendship, and a caring community. The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to the dedicated staff at Gilmore Lodge, and a special thank-you to his brother Vaughn, niece Dawn, and lifelong friend Ken Higham for their unwavering love and support.
