Obituary of David Garrett Mills

David Garrett Mills (Millsy)
July 12, 1965 - September 28, 2025

It is with the heaviest of hearts we share that Dave passed peacefully with his daughter Cassie by his side. He fought a valiant fight against an aggressive form of cancer for over a year.
Dave is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Lisa (nee Muth) and was the most amazing Dad to his "Kiddo", his pride and joy, daughter Cassie (Phil).
Dave is reunited in Heaven with his father Garrett Mills (2018) and father in law Robert Muth (2020).
Dave is also survived by his dear mother, Jean Mills and much loved sisters Sharon Mills and Catie Lundy.
Beloved uncle to Sammy (Philip) Portz and great nephew Easton.
Brother in law to Stephen (Deb) Muth, and uncle to nephews Marston, Adam and niece Callie.
Also survived by Harold (Pat) Nagel,  Joanne (Ted) Renshaw, and many dear cousins.
Many thanks to all of our friends and family for their love and support during this journey. Dave especially wanted to thank his friends Sherky and Tyler for the visits and the laughter.

In lieu of flowers if so desired, donations to a charity that reminds you of Dave or Juravinski Cancer Center would be appreciated.

Cremation and a private family committal service has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to Benner Funeral Services.

Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life on Saturday October 18, from 2:00 - 4:00pm at Stevensville Memorial Hall, 2508 Stevensville Road, Stevensville, ON.
