Obituary of Karyn Rogerson

ROGERSON, Karen “Karyn” Nancy.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Karyn Rogerson on Thursday September 18, 2025 at the Niagara Falls Hospital. Karyn is predeceased by her brother Jerry (April 2025) and her parents Doris and Fred Rogerson (1994). She is terribly missed by her sister-in-law Karen Hoover (Jerry) and her niece Candice Rogerson (David Schade), nephew Gordon Rogerson (Melanie Sinclair) and her great nieces and nephews Tamlyn, Tyson, Liam, Anna-Rose (Maddy) and Jonah (Zoe). Karyn also leaves behind many, many dear friends who loved and cared for her deeply, including those who were so kind and helpful in her last week including Pauline, Mark, Karen, Debbie, Pat, Dana and others who visited, called and checked in. Our sincere thanks to them. Karyn’s work and career family at the Peace Bridge meant the world to her and her love and care for the animals in her life (wild ones too!) was second to none. Auntie Karyn you will be deeply missed.

Abiding by her wishes, cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Benner Funeral Services. A celebration of her life will take place at a later date.
