Dear Family and Friends,
I am so, so sorry for your loss.
My memories of Brian go back to high school. He was the nicest guy—always a gentleman, sweet, and with a contagious happy grin. He had a way of making you feel welcome, safe, and part of the group.
We shared a lot of laughter and good times in those years—memories I’ll always carry with me. Brian brought lightness and fun wherever he went, and those of us who knew him back then will never forget that.

Oh Brian.. we had many great adventures my friend! Coming up to Ottawa for your many marathon races .. I knew Brian(Ben) Casey back in the seventies. He and my husband Robin Pitman and myself ventured to Alberta in 1976 to seek employment and we had lots of ups and downs at first but stuck it out. Ben and I would compete every summer to see who had the better tan, we had fun. We grew apart over the years like alot do and then in the 90's he moved back east, I believe to Montreal before ending up back in Fort Erie but we got to say goodbye to him before he left. Loved Ben and my condolences to his family, another friend gone too soon
