Obituary of Grant Roberts
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Cameron Grant Roberts on Sunday, March 16th, at his home. Born on May 16, 1956, Grant became a cherished member of the Community Living Fort Erie family when he moved there in 2007, making Maple Avenue his forever home.
Grant will be remembered for his love of music, his gentle and kind spirit, and his enjoyment of the classic television show The Beverly Hillbillies. He had a special fondness for head rubs, which always brought a smile to his face, and his warm, beautiful smile brightened the lives of all who knew him.
He leaves behind many who will miss him dearly, including his housemates, who shared countless moments of joy with him, and the devoted staff who provided him with exceptional care. The staff’s unwavering dedication ensured that Grant’s life was not only comfortable but full of meaning and happiness.
Grant’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy of love, kindness, and joy will continue to inspire all of us who had the honour of being part of his life. He will forever be missed but never forgotten.
Friends and family will meet to share stories and memories beginning at 11 a.m. on Wednesday March 26, 2025 at Benner Funeral Services, Fort Erie.
