Condolences to the family. Not a close friend but knew Winston from way back we he lived on Walnut Street across from Mrs. Brooker, her two sons and her nephew Paul Hopley. Ran into Winston in High School and later at the Bertie Firehall we he served a number of years. RIP my friend, say hello to Paul up there. God bless, thoughts and Prayers to the family.
